Anna Nestulia will coordinate the international expansion and business development of M4U



Anna Nestulia has been appointed to coordinate the international expansion and business development of M4U, a provider of proptech solutions, such as Maxify, for residential real estate. She will manage the expansion of M4U products and In particular will be responsible for customer acquisition and working with strategic partners. 


With ten years' experience in business communications across real estate, investments and related sectors, her expertise include international business development, B2B marketing and business communication strategies focusing on strengthening cross-border business cooperation and promoting local brands. 


Since 2017, Anna has launched and developed the “Invest in Projects” agency, which advises Eastern European companies on promoting their projects in global markets. 


Since 2018 she has been a co-organizer of the Ukrainian delegation at MIPIM, helping Ukrainian companies present their projects at this the most significant of international real estate exhibitions in Cannes.

We covered five European markets with roadshows, presentations, and private meetings with leading developers and potential partners for three months.
